PERANCANGAN SISTEM E-COMMERCE PENJUALAN OBAT DI APOTEK JATI MURNI TANGERANG BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE AGILE

The rapid development of technology, particularly in the realm of the internet, has opened new business opportunities, especially in online transactions. However, Jati Murni Pharmacy in Tangerang is still facing issues with its manual ordering system, stock inventory management, and printing processes, which limit its marketing scope and slow down transaction processes. Therefore, this study aims to implement a web-based e-commerce system using the Agile methodology at Jati Murni Pharmacy in Tangerang. The author designed and developed this e- commerce system using the PHP programming language and MySql database, with the design utilizing UML diagrams. The development process of this e-commerce application includes understanding user needs and business processes, system design, implementation, and testing. The analytical techniques used in this study involve analyzing user needs, business process analysis at Jati Murni Pharmacy, and evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented e-commerce system. Data collection was conducted through interviews with pharmacy personnel and observation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the web- based e-commerce system can resolve existing issues, provide better service to customers, and overall contribute positively to the business performance of Jati Murni Pharmacy in Tangerang. This system also facilitates the creation of sales reports and expands the marketing reach of the pharmacy. The goal of this research is to create a computerized system using web server-based technology, enabling the company to monitor transaction processes such as ordering and stock inventory management.
