ANALISIS KELAYAKAN PENGEMBANGAN USAHA ANGKRINGAN KULO DI CIBARUSAH, KABUPATEN BEKASI

This study aims to analyze the investment feasibility of Angkringan Kulo through both financial and non-financial aspects. The methods used include Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), and Return on Investment (ROI). The results indicate that this investment is feasible, with an NPV of 317.412.965, an IRR of 41,78%, a Payback Period of 1 month, a Net B/C Ratio of 1,32, and an ROI of 7,45%. Non-financial aspects include legal, market and marketing, technical and technological, management, human resources, and environmental.
In the legal aspect, Angkringan Kulo needs to improve its business legality as it currently only has local community permits and is not yet formally registered. From the market and marketing perspective, the diverse product offerings, competitive pricing, and effective social media promotion strategies demonstrate good market potential. The strategic location at Ruko Perumahan Mutiara Bekasi Jaya 2 further supports the success of this business.
The study concludes that Angkringan Kulo is a viable and profitable investment. Recommendations include obtaining formal permits, maintaining consistency in taste and quality, enhancing promotion through social media, and conducting regular evaluations of business performance. This research provides valuable insights for potential investors and business owners regarding the feasibility and development strategies of running an angkringan in a residential area.
