ANALISIS SISTEM MANAJEMEN PERAWATAN MESIN FORKLIFT ELECTRIC, DIESEL DAN GAS DI PT. TT METALS INDONESIA

Abstract
PT. TT Metals Indonesia is included in the category of companies in the automotive manufacturing sector that produce sheet metal as raw material before it becomes part of the body and frame of a car. The production of this company weighs hundreds of kilograms, to support the production of PT. TT Metals Indonesia uses forklift vehicles to transport products from production machines and also as shipments to other departments, forklifts are the main vehicle in this company. The problems that often occur in companies are decreased productivity and frequent sudden damage to forklifts. This study aims to analyze the maintenance management system for electric, diesel and gas forklifts. The methods used in this research are observation, interviews, and reviewing the documents used in the maintenance management system to find out the causes of the problem. The results of this study indicate that the forklift maintenance management system has been running with checksheets and bira problems. However, the follow-up of the damage report does not run consistently.
