The box claim indemnity recap system is an ongoing procedure development activity to produce a new system. This activity is carried out when the system analysis stage has been completed. Based on the results of the ongoing system analysis in the previous chapter, the authors will provide results for the new system, where the performance of a new system is expected to be able to overcome several existing problems regarding claim data recapitulation. The design of the Indemnity Claim Box Recap can be implemented, so that it can reduce the potential for errors in documents not being present and make reporting easier and can be accessed easily, quickly and precisely. Implementation testing can assist users and leaders in recapping claim data.
