Abstract
Identifying factors influencing employee performance is crucial for maintaining and enhancing it, as it directly impacts a company's ability to achieve its goals. This study aimed to understand the partial and simultaneous effects of motivation, workload, and work environment on the performance of PT. Yamaha Indonesia's Painting Department employees. It employed quantitative research with a population of 100. Sampling involved 80 individuals using simple random sampling and questionnaires. Validity was confirmed through product moment correlation, and reliability via Cronbach's alpha (> 0.600). Hypotheses were tested using T-tests and an F-test (> 2.720). The coefficient of determination measured the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. Results showed Cronbach's alpha > 0.600, indicating valid and reliable data. T-tests for motivation, workload, and work environment were significant (3.718, 4.835, and 2.240 respectively, > T-table 1.995). The F-test was significant (F = 269.646 > F-table 2.720). The coefficient of determination was 0.911. Conclusion of this research are. motivation, workload, and work environment significantly and positively influence employee performance at PT. Yamaha Indonesia's Painting Department, explaining 91.1%, with 8.9% influenced by other factors not studied here.
