PENGARUH EMPLOYEE EMPOWERMENT, KOMPETENSI DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT INDONESIA EPSON INDUSTRY DEPARTEMEN E4 MAIN ASSY PRODUCTION

This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of employee empowerment, competence and transformational leadership style on employee work productivity. The type of research used is quantitative using a descriptive format. The population of this study were employees of PT Indonesia Epson Industry, E4 Main Assy Production Department, production operator section. The sampling technique uses random sampling, data collection uses a questionnaire. The sample for this research is employees of the E4 Main Assy Production Department, the production operator section. The number of samples was 83 samples. The results of this research show that there is an influence of employee empowerment on the work productivity of employees in the E4 Main Assy Production Department. There is an influence of competence on the work productivity of employees of the E4 Main Assy Production Department and there is an influence of transformational leadership style on the work productivity of employees of the E4 Main Assy Production Department.
