Abstract

The Influence of the Physical Work Environment and Career Development on Employee Performance as mediated by PT Samjin Indonesia Job Satisfaction. The problem formulation in this research is the influence of the physical work environment and career development on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. The total sample was 133 employees who worked at PT Samjin Hyundai. The data used in this research is primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires and via Google Form to employees of PT Samjin Hyundai. This research uses the data processing application Lisrel 8.8. The results of this research are (1) Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction with a ttable value of 2.73>1.96 so it is said to be significant, (2) Career Development on Job Satisfaction with a ttable value of 4.46>1.96 so it is said to have a positive effect , (3) Physical Work Environment and Career Development on Job Satisfaction with a ttable value of 3.84>2.67 so it is said to be significant, (4) Physical Work Environment does not affect Employee Performance with a ttable value of 1.86>1.96 so it is said not significant, (5) Career Development on Employee Performance with a ttable value of 2.72>1.96 so it is said to be significant, (6) Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance with a ttable value of 4.86>1.96 so it is said to be significant, (7) Environment Physical Work, Career Development and Job Satisfaction with a table value of 2.55>2.45 simultaneously influence employee performance.
