Abstract
The influence of Kaizen Communication and Culture on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable for PT. Employees. Aisan Nasmoco Industry. The formulation of the problem in this research is the influence of Kaizen Communication and Culture on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as a Mediating variable for PT Employees. Aisan Nasmoco Industry. This type of research is quantitative. The total sample is 210 employees who work at PT. Aisan Nasmoco Industry. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data, namely by distributing questionnaires and via Google Forms to PT employees. Aisan nasmoco Industry. This research uses the data processing application Lisrel 8.8. The results of this research are (1) Communication does not affect job satisfaction (2) Kaizen culture has an effect on job satisfaction (3) Communication and Kaizen culture simultaneously have an effect on job satisfaction (4) Communication has no effect on employee performance (5) Kaizen culture does not effect Employee performance (6) Job Satisfaction affects Employee performance (7) Communication, Kaizen Culture, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have an effect on Employee Performance.
