Abstract

Human resource management in the company adapts to existing benchmarks, thereby providing harmony in continuing the company's mass vision, therefore systematic measurements are carried out so that employee performance becomes a benchmark ratio for company productivity. The aim of this research is to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of educational background, job training and compensation on employee performance at PT. RECTA GIRI INDAH. The population used in this research was the employee PT. RECTA GIRI INDAH, numbering 100 people. The technique used to determine the sample in this research was simple random sampling technique so that the number of respondents was 66 people. The research results state that educational background does not have a significant influence on employee performance, but job training and compensation have a significant influence and contribute positively. Meanwhile, simultaneously, educational background, work training and compensation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. RECTA GIRI INDAH with the calculated F value > F table (80.646 > 3.140), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus it can be concluded that the variables Educational Background, Job Training and Compensation simultaneously have an influence and significance on Employee Performance.
