Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Talent Management, Democratic Leadership Style, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia, especially in the Wood Working production department. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population used in this research was 154 samples of PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia employees in the production department. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data, namely by distributing questionnaires and via Google Form to employees of PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia. The SEM analysis technique in this research uses the Lisrel 8.8 application. The results of this research are (1) Talent Management has no effect on job satisfaction, (2) Democratic Leadership Style has an effect on Job Satisfaction, (3) Talent Management has no effect on Employee Performance, (4) Employee Performance has no effect on Job Satisfaction, ( 5) Democratic Leadership Style influences Employee Performance (6) Employee Performance does not mediate Talent Management and Employee Job Satisfaction, and (7) Employee Performance mediates Democratic Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction.
