Abstract

This study aims to understand how partially work life balance, job insecurity, and job satisfaction affect generation Z turnover intention in Bekasi Regency. This research is quantitative in nature where in collecting variable data using survey methods and testing the data using statistical tests. Purposive sampling is used as a sampling method, and the sample of this study amounted to 400 respondents. Respondents of this study are generation Z aged 18-27 years domiciled in Bekasi Regency. Using IBM SPSS software version 25, multiple regression analysis was used as an analytical tool. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t test. The results of this study work life balance, job insecurity and job satisfaction partially have a significant positive effect on investment decisions. Together, the three variables measured by the coefficient of determination explain 55.8% of the variation in turnover intention, with the remaining 44.2% influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.
