Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is the influence of Work-Life Balance
and Rewards on Employee Performance which is mediated by PT Autoliv Indonesia's
Organizational Commitment. This type of research is quantitative research. The total
sample was 133 employees who worked at PT Autoliv Indonesia. The data used in
this research is primary and secondary data, namely by distributing questionnaires
via Google Form to employees of PT Autoliv Indonesia. This research uses the Lisrel
8.8 application. The results of this research are that the influence of work-life
balance, rewards and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect
on employee performance with a t-value of 2.50 which is greater than ftable 2.44. The
conclusions of this research are (1) Work-Life Balance has an effect on
Organizational Commitment, (2) Rewards have no effect on Organizational
Commitment, (3) Work-Life Balance and Rewards have an effect on Organizational
Commitment, (4) Work-Life Balance has no effect on Employee Performance, (5)
Rewards have no effect on Employee Performance, (6) Organizational Commitment
has an effect on Employee Performance, and (7) Work-Life Balance, Rewards and
Organizational Commitment have an effect on Employee Performance.
