THE INFLUENCE OF THE WORK ENVIRONMENT, COMPENSATION AND WORK MOTIVATION ON THE WORK PRODUCTIVITY OF PT NARUMI MANUFACTURING INDONESIA IN CIKARANG

ABSTRACT

The evolution of time demands companies to compete effectively with others, optimize productivity, and adapt to continuously evolving technology. Human resources play a key role in achieving the company's goals, influencing its sustainability and productivity. Management faces the challenge of improving the quality of human resources to achieve the company's vision and mission. Employee productivity serves as an indicator of success in achieving efficiency and effectiveness in the utilization of human resources.
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Work Environment, Compensation, and Work Motivation on Employee Productivity. This study employs a quantitative method to examine the impact of work environment, compensation, and work motivation on employee productivity at PT Narumi Manufacturing Indonesia. Data were collected from all company employees, with a total population of 51 individuals, all of whom were included in the sample. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and the use of questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using quantitative descriptive techniques, involving the use of Likert scales to measure the variables studied. The results of the study indicate that work environment, compensation, and work motivation have a significant influence on employee productivity.
