PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DESA HEGARMANAH CIKARANG TIMUR

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of Hegarmanah Village, East Cikarang. This research method is a quantitative approach where this study explains the relationship between influencing and being influenced by the variables to be studied. The population in the study was 30 employees of Hegarmanah Village, East Cikarang, with a sampling technique of random sampling with a sample size of 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used was by distributing questionnaires using Google Form to employees of Hegarmanah Village, East Cikarang. The data analysis method using SPSS software ver 22 in the t-test shows that work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees of Hegarmanah Village, East Cikarang, the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of Hegarmanah Village, East Cikarang, work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of Hegarmanah Village, East Cikarang. Work discipline, work environment and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Hegarmanah Village, East Cikarang. Thus the author concludes that all variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Hegarmanah Village, East Cikarang.
