Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing talent management on workforce agility mediated by employee engagement at the Cibatu Health Center. This research uses quantitative description method. This research data is primary data with Cibatu Public Health Center employees as respondents. The number of samples in this study were 54 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis (Path Analysys) with the SMARPLS 3.0 program. This research shows that the implementation of talent management at the Cibatu Community Health Center has an indirect impact on increasing employee capabilities (workforce agility) and achieving organizational goals. This impact occurs through increased employee engagement. This research also shows the success of the Cibatu Community Health Center in implementing talent management, which has resulted in increasing employee competency capacity. Overall, this research emphasizes the importance of talent management in building workforce agility and employee engagement, ultimately helping organizations achieve their goals.
