ABSTRACT
Pharmaceutical companies experienced a decline in share prices in 2018
due to the weakening of the rupiah which resulted in the company's shares being
released. In 2019 the pharmaceutical shares of PT Kimia Farma (KAEF) and PT
Indofarma (INAF) experienced a fairly cumulative decline. However, on December 2
2019 the INAF Company experienced a decline in share prices but the average
transaction activity increased. After the Covid-19 pandemic, governments in various
countries relaxed activity restrictions. This triggers demand that results in price
spikes that lead to increased inflation. To reduce the rate of inflation, developed
countries raised interest rates when their inflation was in the range of 9% to 10%,
whereas in general their inflation was only around 2%.This study aims to determine
the effect of enterprise risk management, intellectual capital, corporate social
responsibility and sustainability reports on firm value. The sample consists of 11
pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in
this study is secondary data with the method used in this study, namely multiple
linear regression analysis. This type of research in this study is a quantitative
research.
