Abstract

Purchasing decisions are consumer decisions regarding preferences for the products in the choice set. If consumers have a choice between making purchases and not making purchases or the choice of spending time, then consumers are in a position to make a decision. On the other hand, if consumers do not have alternatives to choose and are actually forced to make certain purchases or take certain actions, then this sole absence without other options is not a decision. Many factors can influence purchasing decisions. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of marketing influencers, customer relations and marketing content on purchasing decisions. This research object is a hellells addict boutique. The population in this research is unknown. The sample in this research was 97 consumers. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using non-propability sampling and Snowball sampling techniques. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Using SPSS 25 shows that: Infuellr Marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Customer Relations has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Contelnt marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions of 78.2%.
