Abstract
Compensation is one of the important things that an employee wants. Most employees work to make ends meet, with one pf the receiving a salary or incetives from the result of their performance. An employee whose performance is good eill becomer a concern for management. The company will provide opportunities for each employee in developing their career. With good performance result, employees must also be based on organizational culture so that relationships or communication within the organizational are well established and the completion of goals and responsibilities runs optimally. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation, career development and organizational culture on employee performance.
This research uses quantitative methods, the sample is employees of PT.Bank Mandiri (Persero)Tbk KCP Cikarang Kapten Sumantri with a total of 50 respondents. This research was processed using SmartPLS data processing software and data collection was carried out via google formular. This research resulted in compensation having a significant influence on employee performance, a significant influence of career development on employee performance, and a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT.Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk KCP Cikarang Kapten Sumantri.
