Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Work Stress, Work Conflict and Workload on PT. Rapigra Jakarta, with independent variables of Work Stress, Work Conflict, Workload and dependent variables of Employee Performance..This research is included in the type of research using quantitative methods. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents through the WhatsApp social media application. The sampling technique used is the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The data processing technique was carried out with SPSS 29, data analysis included Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Classic Assumption TestHypothesis testing using t shows that Work Stress (X1) has a significant effect with a t-value of -2.727 < t Table (1.984) and a significant value of 0.008 < 0.05. Work Conflict (X2) has a significant effect with a t-value of 6.188 > t Table (1.984) and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. Workload has a significant effect with a t-value of 2.763 > t Table (1.984) and a significant value of 0.007 < 0.05
