Abstract

Employees in an organization or company are an important element because employees or employees really determine whether the company will progress or not. High employee performance is one of the requirements for achieving the company's vision and mission. Achieving this vision and mission is none other than managing potential human resources in order to improve their performance results. In improving qualified human resources, work motivation, work environment and discipline are things that can influence performance in an organization, especially companies. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of motivation, work environment and discipline on the employees performance of PT. Diamond Electric Mfg Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative research in the form of a survey. The research sample consisted of 171 employees of PT. Diamond Electric Mfg Indonesia. The data analysis methods used in data processing in this research include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, Bergan linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously, work motivation, work environment and discipline have a positive and significant effect on the employees performance of PT. Diamond Electric Mfg Indonesia. A company must be able to provide high motivation to all employees and also create a positive work environment by applying a high level of discipline in order to improve employee performance, so that the company's vision and mission can be achieved optimally.
