PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA,DISIPLIN KERJA DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT.ISS INDONESIA CABANG CIKARANG

This study aims to find out job training, work discipline, career development and to determine the influence of job training, work discipline and career development on employee performance at PT ISS INDONESIA Cikarang Branch. The identification of this problem shows how complex the relationship between these three components and employee performance in this study is in the implementation of the work activities of employees of PT. ISS INDONESIA Cikarang branch is a decrease in the quality of cleanliness in the last 6 months, therefore job training is needed for these employees and work discipline for the career development of PT. ISS INDONESIA so that it is able to improve the performance of these employees This study uses a type of quantitative research with a survey method. The population in this study is all employees at PT ISS INDONESIA as many as 50 employees. Data collection uses questionnaires that have been tested for validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysts, hypotheses, R2 determination coefficients using SPSS 26.0 hypothesis and research results, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence on the research entitled "The Effect of Job Training, Work Discipline and Career Development on the Performance of Employees of PT. ISS INDONESIA Cikarang Branch
