Abstract
This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload, Punishment and Reward on Employee Performance of PT. Akufood Indonesia with independent variables of Workload, Punishment, Reward and dependent variables of Employee Performance.This research is included in the type of research using quantitative methods. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires to 81 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data analysis techniques are carried out with this analysis including Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Classical Assumption Test. Hypothesis testing using t shows that Workload (X1) has a significant effect with a t-value of 6.538 > t Table (2.375) and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. Punishment (X2) has no significant effect with a t-value of -0.841 < t Table (2.375) and a significant value of 0.403 > 0.05. The reward had a significant effect with a t-value of 6.538 > t Table (2.375) and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05
