THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE, WORK DISCIPLINE AND WORK STRESS ON THE WORK PRODUCTIVITY OF EMPLOYEES OF PT. OMRON MANUFACTURING OF INDONESIA (G2R LINE RELAY CASE STUDY)

This study aims to find out whether leadership styles, work discipline and work stress have a partial and simultaneous effect on the productivity of employees of PT. Omron Manufacturing Of Indonesia (G2R Line Relay Case Study), this study is a quantitative study with data collection method using primary data by spreading questionnaire. The number of samples in this study is equal to 116 employees who are at Line Relay G2R PT. Omron Manufacturing Of Indonesia, while the sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling using Yamane formula. The free variable consists of leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2) and work stress (X3), while the bound variable is work productivity. (Y). Data testing using validity tests, realism tests, classical assumptions tests, double linear regression tests, hypothesis and determination tests (R2), this data testing using SPSS version 25 program and obtaining research results showing that leadership style does not have a significant partial impact on employee productivity, working discipline has a significant impact on employees' productivity, work stress has a significant effect on employee work productivity and the results of the F test simultaneously show that there is an effect of leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2), work stress (X3) together on employee work productivity variables (Y) in the G2R Line Relay of PT. Omron Manufacturing Of Indonesia.
