Abstract

The quality of human resources is the main capital for achieving company goals. Every company must have a workforce that has the ability, willingness and knowledge to work. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture, career development, and compensation on the relationship that causes the decline in employee engagement. The type of research carried out is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of the Device Module Solution departement at PT. Omron Manufacturing of Indonesia as many as 100 people. Data was collected through questionnaires. The type of measuring instrument used to obtain data at PT. Omron Manufacturing of Indonesia in the Device Module Solution uses a Likert scale in data analysis calculations using SPSS (Statictical Pakcage for the Social Science) version 26 tools. The analysis methods used are regression analysis and t test. The results of this research show that organizational culture variables partially have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, career development does not partially have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, compensation partially have a positive effect on employee engagement. Meanwhile, the result of the F test carried out succeeded in proving that organizational culture, career development and compensation simultaneously influence employee engagement.
