Abstract

The Influence of Compensation, Career Development, and Organizational Culture on Employee Retention At PT Sansan Wawa Printer

ABSTRACT

The research in this thesis is motivated by the phenomenon that exists at PT Sansan Wawa Printer which experiences a high level of employee turnover every year. Employee retention is a very important factor in companies to retain employees who are considered to have a good influence in the company. This research aims to find out how compensation, career development and organizational culture influence employee retention at PT Sansan Wawa Printer. The type of research used by researchers uses a quantitative approach with primary data as the data source obtained from the results of questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sansan Wawa Printer, totaling 85 people and all of them were respondents. The analytical methods in this research are multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and hypothesis tests. The research results show that compensation has no significant effect on employee retention, while career development and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee retention at PT Sansan Wawa Printer.
