Abstract

The Influence of Workload and Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction Mediated by Burnout at PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia. The problem formulation in this research is the influence of workload and organizational climate on job satisfaction mediated by burnout at PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia. This type of research is quantitative research. The total sample is 120 employees who work at PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data, namely by distributing questionnaires and via Google Form to employees PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia. This research uses the data processing application Lisrel 8.8. The findings of this research are (1) Workload has no effect on Job Satisfaction, (2) Organizational Climate has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (3) Burnout has no effect on Job Satisfaction, (4) Workload has no effect on Burnout, ( 5) Organizational Climate has a negative and significant effect on Burnout, (6) Workload has an effect on Job Satisfaction through Burnout, and (7) Organizational Climate has no effect on Job Satisfaction through Burnout.
