Abstract

An entrepreneur in developing his business not only influences the characteristics of the entrepreneur, but business capital is also very important for developing the business. A business is said to be competitive if it has an overall level of factor productivity that is the same or higher than that of its foreign competitors. Innovation remains a demand and is very important with various innovations, both starting from products and processes and you can see how big the contribution of innovation efforts is to revenue and processes, especially innovation that must be directed at the SME aspect itself. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of business capital and product innovation on the development of MSME businesses in North Cikarang. This research uses a quantitative approach in the form of a survey. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data collection applied and carried out in this technical research is carried out through observation, questionnaires and other methods. The data analysis methods used in data processing in this research include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, Bergan linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research state that partially business capital and product innovation have a positive and significant effect on the development of MSME businesses in North Cikarang. Simultaneously, business capital and product innovation also have a positive and significant influence on the development of MSME businesses in North Cikarang.
