Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and benefit compensation on turnover intention mediated by employee job satisfaction at PT Hibex Indonesia. Analysis using statistical techniques was carried out using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach based on partial Least Squares (PLS). The sampling method uses non-probability sampling with saturated sampling techniques. The type of data in this research is quantitative data. The data collected in this research is primary data. This research variable was measured using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The research questionnaire uses a Likert model rating scale. The population of this research is all employees of PT Hibex Indonesia, namely 60 people. The sample size in this study was 60 employees. The results show that transformational leadership style and compensation benefits have a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Transformational leadership style has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, mediated by employee job satisfaction, and benefit compensation has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, mediated by employee job satisfaction
