Abstract
The primary objective of this study is to examine the direct and indirect effects of Job Stress, Workload, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Wilmar Benih Indonesia in Jababeka Cikarang. It aims to determine the simultaneous or partial relationships between these variables. The research employs a quantitative approach, and the data collected consists of both primary and secondary data. The main data collection technique is a survey conducted using Google Forms, which was sent to 130 respondents. Questionnaires were also distributed to
employees to gather specific information. Secondary data collection was conducted through observations at PT. Wilmar Benih Indonesia and a literature review of relevant books, scientific works, and journals. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques. The study's findings indicate that Job Stress, Workload, and Work Environment together (simultaneously) have a significant impact on Employee Performance. Individually, Job Stress (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by a t-value (2.801) greater than the t-table value (1.657). Similarly, Workload (X2) has a significant individual effect on Employee Performance, with a t-value (6.115) greater than the t-table value (1.657). The Work Environment (X3) also has a significant individual effect on Employee Performance, as shown by a t-value (4.261) greater than the t-table value (1.657). Overall, these three variables (Job Stress, Workload, and Work Environment) have a mutually reinforcing (simultaneous) impact on Employee Performance, as demonstrated by an F-value (39.594) greater than the F-table value (3.07).
