Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh training, work motivation dan disiplin kerja terhadap Kinejra karyawan pada PT Summit Seoyon Automotuve Indonesia. Dimana diajukan dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat yaitu trainig, worok motivation, dan displin kerja sebagai variabel bebas dan Kinerja karyawan sebagai varabel terkait. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, populasinya berasal dari karyawan PT Summit Seoyon Automotive Indonesia dengan sampel 60 responden menggunakan data kuesinoer. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Non- Probability Sampling dengan instrumen analisis melipuji Uji Validitas, Uji reliabilitas, Uji asumsi Klasik, Analisis regresi Linier berganda dan hipotesis.
