Abstract

Turnover intention has detrimental effects on the company, such as disrupting the production process and also decreasing the level of production capacity, causing delays in the scheduled target time. The aim of this research is to find a high level of turnover intention. This research uses quantitative methods. In a sample of 65 employees and data acquisition was carried out using data analysis which has a statistical nature which aims to carry out hypothesis testing. This quantitative research approach was used by researchers to measure the influence between perception of organizational support, job insecurity, and workload at PT Hanes Supply Chain Indonesia. The results of several analyzes have stated the conclusion that Perceptions of Organizational Support and Workload do not have a significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Insecurity has a significant effect on turnover intention in PT Hanes Supply Chain Indonesia employees
