Abstract
PT Tirta Alam Segar's promotional warehouse currently does not have a standard operating procedure SOP, especially incoming goods and outgoing goods, for this reason it is hoped that it will become a guideline, help the company in carrying out its operational activities, in increasing the effectiveness of employees, especially the warehouse section. This study aims to implement a standard operating procedure (SOP) in order to minimize the difference in the number of goods from the system to the actual in the promotion warehouse department of PT Tirta Alam Segar. The sampling method used is saturated sampling. The sample in this study were 7 people. The reason is because the population is very small so that there is no deviation of data, namely by means of interviews, observation, documentation, the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, this research results in the application of the standard operating procedure SOP as a guideline in order to increase the work effectiveness of PT Tirta Alam Segar's promotional warehouse employees, namely with a target of zero difference in goods in the system with the actual. And it proved to be quite effective when the application was carried out successfully with zero difference by approaching double checks during the transaction of all goods.
