Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of talent management on employee performance, the effect of knowledge management on employee performance, the effect of employee performance on employee retention, the effect of talent management on employee retention, and the effect of knowledge management on employee retention. This research is quantitative in nature with a population of 112 employees. The sampling technique used was probability sampling, with a sample size of 88 employees. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique utilized computer software, specifically the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.0 program for hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: talent management has a significant effect on employee performance. Knowledge management has a significant effect on employee performance. Employee retention has a significant effect on employee performance. Talent management has a significant effect on employee retention. Knowledge management has a significant effect on employee retention. Talent management does not have a significant effect on employee performance through employee retention. Knowledge management has a significant effect on employee performance through employee retention.
