Abstract

ABSTRACT

The success of a company does not only depend on technological resources and production machines used in its production activities, but the role of human resources is no less important in determining the success of achieving company goals. A phenomenon that occurs currently is that many employees are dissatisfied with their current work. This research focuses on employees of PT. Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk which are located in West Cikarang because this is the center where operational and managerial activities are carried out. Based on employee attendance data which is summarized every month by the Personnel department, it is noted that the average employee absence does not meet the minimum attendance standards set. One form of effect of employee dissatisfaction with their work can be seen from the rate of employee turnover and entry, where their level of satisfaction decreases. tend to be apathetic and feel uncomfortable, which has an impact on employees who don't feel at home. The aim of the research is to find out the picture or description of PT employees. Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk. viewed from the perspective of work-life balance, Job Burnout, and Work Engagement at PT. Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk. Beam Plant Division. The analytical method used in this research is structural analysis using the Partial Least Square approach where the processing uses SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. Data Source questionnaire distributed to 166 employees of PT. Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk. The results of this research show that 1) Work life balance has no effect on job satisfaction. 2) Work life balance has a positive and significant effect on job burnout. 3) Job burnout has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 4) Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 5) Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on job burnout. 6) Work life balance mediated by job burnout has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 7) Work engagement mediated by job burnout has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
