Abstract

The Effect Of Iso 9001 : 2015 On Operational Performance Through The Mediation Of 5s And Iso 22000 : 2018 At Quality Control Departement Pt. Mayora Indah – Cibitung

ABSTRACT

This research is motivated by the company’s strategy to increase profit by ensuring the products produce can meet consumer needs. Therefore,the company’s implements the ISO 9001 : 2015, 5S and ISO 22000 systems, with the aim of increasing operational performance. The problem studies is the influence of implementing the ISO 9001 : 2015 systems, 5S and ISO 22000 on the company’s operational performance. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this research will provide an overview of effort made and result obtained. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data analysis methods used are validity test,reliability test, normality test, linearity test and regression coefficient (hypothesis). From the results of this research, it was found that each variable,both independent and mediating, influences the dependent variable,but the direct influence is more significant than the indirect influence. The conclusion of this research is that the system that has been implemented has a positive impact on the company and suggestions that can be used as input are so that the company can be consistent in implementing it and make it a culture within the company. So that the positive impact can always be felt by the company and also the employees who work in it.
