Abstract

Research on the relationship between social support at work and subjective career success is becoming increasingly important in the context of modern organizational dynamics. This research aims to explore the relationship that may exist between the level of social support received by individuals in the work environment and their subjective perceptions of career success. This research uses quantitative methods with the sample size being employees who work at the Bekasi Regency Vocational Training Center (BLK) with a total of 61 respondents. This research was processed using SmartPLS 4.1.0.2 data processing software and data collection was carried out through questionnaires via Google forms. The results of this research show that Work Engagement has a significant effect on Subjective Career Success, the t-statistical result for the Work Engagement variable of 2.782 is found to be significant (2.782>1.96) and the p value is 0.006 or smaller than the a value (0.006<0 .05 So by increasing good work engagement and feeling comfortable, subjective career success in the agency will continue to increase. Social support has a significant effect, has a t-statistic value of 3.298, so it is declared significant (t table significant 5% = 1.96) and is declared significant because. p value 0.001 or smaller than the a value (0.001<0.05). Social Support not only provides emotional benefits for employees but is also a strategy in helping employees to achieve and maintain Subjective Career Success.
