Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF GREEN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT AND ADAPTIVE LEADERSHIP STYLE ON COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE MEDIATED BY INTELLECTUAL SKILLS AT PT SAGA HIKARI TEKNINDO IN CIKARANG
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of Green Human Resources management, Adaptive Leadership Style on Competitive Advantage mediated by Intellectual Skills at PT. Saga Hikari teknindo. The sampling method used was simple random sampling and resulted in 223 respondents. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire technique. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The research results show that green human resource management influences competitive advantage, Adaptive leadership influences competitive advantage, human resource management influences intellectual skills, Adaptive leadership influences intellectual skills, Intellectual skills influence competitive advantage, Green human resources management mediated by intellectual skills influence competitive advantage. Adaptive leadership mediated by intellectual skills influences competitive advantage.
